Equipped for Mission, Transformed for Impact.
Our core values—contextualisation, transformation, lifelong learning, and church partnership—shape our vision. We train and empower leaders to serve effectively in diverse, cross-cultural ministries worldwide.
Goals and Objectives
QUEST Academy focuses on training leaders, primarily those from non-Christian backgrounds now living and serving in Europe and other countries, to effectively minister in intercultural contexts.
QUEST Academy is committed to equipping European leaders with the skills to minister in diverse cultural environments, using a multicultural curriculum that prepares workers for missional ministry rather than traditional, monocultural settings or viewing missions as a separate field of study.
QUEST Academy is grounded in offering discipleship programs for new believers as well as non-formal and formal accredited training programs for leaders called to cross-cultural ministry in Europe and beyond.
QUEST Academy emphasizes outreach and hands on practical learning to prepare leaders for multi-cultural ministry.
QUEST Academy encourages students to pursue accredited degrees to build credibility and competence in ministry to serve in any global organization.
QUEST Academy is committed to partnering with local churches across Europe, MENA and beyond, supporting them in training and discipling their Arab and Persian believers within their communities, and cities.
Quest Academy strives for relational and flexible training for diaspora leaders who are limited by travel and finance. Learning is scalable by providing recorded online training and self-paced learning to exponentially increase the number of students online without being hampered by borders or displacement.
Values
QUEST values adapting the gospel message to fit the social and cultural context. Following Paul’s example in 1 Corinthians 9:22, we endeavor to make the gospel accessible and relevant to diverse cultures and communities.
QUEST values complete renewal of the heart, mind and soul. This deep discipleship, described in Romans 12:2, involves a transformed life reflecting Christ’s love and righteousness, making an impact on the world.
QUEST values a commitment to lifelong learning rather than focusing on curriculum, condensed workshops or accelerated learning, we seek to instill seeking knowledge and understanding as in Proverbs 1:5.
QUEST values local churches for equipping servants and fulfilling God’s mission. The early church in Acts 2:44-45 met basic needs and empowered members to positively impact the broader community. Developing a new family is crucial for diaspora believers in order to find identity, support and spiritual guidance while living far from home.
