Rooted in Christ,

Equipped for Mission, Transformed for Impact.

Our core values—contextualisation, transformation, lifelong learning, and church partnership—shape our vision. We train and empower leaders to serve effectively in diverse, cross-cultural ministries worldwide.

Goals and Objectives

Training Arab and Farsi speaking diaspora leaders and missionaries, primarily those from different backgrounds now living and serving in Europe and other countries, to effectively minister in intercultural contexts.

Equipping European leaders with the skills to minister in diverse cultural environments, using a multicultural curriculum that prepares workers for missional ministry rather than traditional, monoculture settings or viewing missions as a separate field of study.

Equipping local churches by offering discipleship programs for new believers as well as non-formal and formal, flexible training program that include both online and in-person classroom learning options.

Providing holistic certification pathways that integrate academic, practical, and discipleship elements, while pursuing accredited advanced degree opportunities through strategic partnerships with seminaries and Bible schools across Europe, the UK, and the USA, and equipping local churches across Europe, MENA, and beyond to train and disciple believers effectively within their contexts.

Emphasizing outreach movements and a multidisciplinary model that goes beyond academic degrees and traditional preparation for pastors and church leaders to equip them for on-ground missions.

Values

Contextualization

Adapting the gospel message to fit the social and cultural context, following Paul’s example in 1 Corinthians 9:22, making the Gospel accessible and relevant to diverse cultures and communities, thereby fulfilling our mission to spread the good news to all nations. Without compromising its core truths, to ensure it is deeply understood.

Transformation

A cornerstone of the Christian faith is the complete renewal of the heart, mind and soul. As it is emphasized in Romans 12:2, transformation enables believers to break free from past limitations and live a life that reflects Christ’s love and righteousness, making a powerful impact on the world around them.

Lifelong Learning

Embracing a lifelong commitment to learning equips us to be better disciples of Christ, more effective witnesses to the world, and more compassionate and informed members of our communities. Proverbs 1:5 underscores the importance of continually seeking knowledge and understanding. Through learning, we deepen our comprehension of biblical truths, develop discernment, and enhance our ability to live out our faith in practical ways.

Local churches

QA is committed to strengthening local churches and equipping servants to fulfill God’s mission more effectively. Local churches play a crucial role in ministering to the diaspora, offering support, community, and spiritual guidance to those far from home. Acts 2:44-45 illustrates the early church’s communal support: “All the believers were together and had everything in common.” By offering practical assistance, language classes, and a welcoming community, local churches help diaspora individuals navigate new environments and grow in faith; this way the church addresses immediate needs and empowers diaspora members to positively impact the broader community, fostering mutual enrichment and understanding.
