QUEST Outreach is more than a program—it’s a movement of believers bringing hope to refugees, migrants, and the displaced. We empower churches to cross cultural and language barriers with the love of Christ. Together, we shine His light in a world in need of healing and restoration.

Jesus taught us to love God and our neighbors, but when asked, “Who is my neighbor?” He told the story of the Good Samaritan—showing love to a stranger in need.

Today, millions of refugees and immigrants are new neighbors in our communities, many facing trauma and loss. As Christians, we are called to welcome the stranger, breaking cultural and language barriers to share God’s love.

QUEST Outreach serves Persian and Arabic-speaking communities and works in close partnership with active Christian organizations and local churches. Rooted in the Great Commission (Matt 28:19), we equip and mobilize the Church to extend compassion and the Gospel beyond its walls—whether through disaster relief, feeding asylum seekers, hosting cultural events, or youth programs.

QUEST Academy trains students and churches to engage in effective outreach, building bridges in their communities and beyond.

Raising Up Near-Culture Missionaries

At QUEST Academy, we equip and mobilize a new generation of mission leaders from diverse backgrounds to reach displaced communities in Europe and the Middle East. Our focus is not merely on academic training, but on forming leaders within the life and ministry of their local churches. These leaders are shaped in real contexts of service, developing their calling in close connection with their church communities and responding to the tangible needs around them.

 

Through robust theological formation, cultural awareness, and hands-on ministry experience, we prepare missionaries to navigate complex social and cross-cultural environments with clarity and confidence. Our model intentionally integrates learning with active service, allowing students to grow as leaders while they are already engaged in ministry within their local contexts.

 

Our approach emphasizes cultural sensitivity, bridge-building, and respectful engagement. We believe that effective ministry in a pluralistic world requires leaders who can understand people deeply, communicate across differences, and build meaningful relationships. In close partnership with local churches, QUEST Academy forms leaders who are not only equipped with knowledge and skills, but who are also rooted in their communities—ready to make a lasting impact both locally and beyond.
