Adapting the Gospel message to fit the social and cultural context so it is accessible and relevant to diverse communities. Without compromising its core truths, QA ensures the Good News is deeply understood across cultures and nations.
2. Transformation (Romans 12:2)
The complete renewal of the heart, mind, and soul stands as a cornerstone of Christian faith. Transformation enables believers to break free from past limitations and live a life reflecting Christ’s love and righteousness.

Institutional Philosophy
The philosophy of QUEST Academy is rooted in a holistic educational vision that connects academic learning, spiritual formation, and practical ministry within society and the church. The Academy stems from a fundamental conviction that theological and professional education is not merely a transfer of knowledge, but rather an integrated process of shaping the individual on intellectual, spiritual, and cultural levels.
In light of rapid global shifts—particularly the waves of migration and asylum-seeking in the Middle East and the Global South—the Academy sees a historic opportunity to rebuild bridges between the church and culturally diverse communities. Therefore, QUEST Academy seeks to prepare a generation of leaders and servants capable of understanding different cultures, engaging with them through the love of Christ, and working to disciple nations within their diverse contexts.
Furthermore, the Academy believes that its educational mission is inherently linked to the Great Commission: “Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’ Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20). One God
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three hypostasis: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Father
The almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that seen and unseen.
Our Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully human and fully divine, who lived as a perfect example, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day, he rose again. He ascended into heaven, seated at the Father’s right hand, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life. With the Father and the Son He is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. The Holy Spirit makes the work of Christ effective to people, giving spiritual life and placing them into the Church. He indwells all believers, empowers them to love, serve, witness and obey God, equips them with gifts and transforms them to be increasingly like Christ.
The Human Race
Created in God’s image for relationship with him and to live in love and holiness. All people have sinned. This results in guilt, death and alienation from God, defaces every aspect of our nature and impacts all our relationships with each other. People are lost and unable to save themselves from sin’s penalty and power and Satan’s dominion.
The Holy Scriptures
The Bible, consisting of Old and New Testament Scriptures are God’s inspired written Word. It is infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. It is without error in all that it affirms.
The Salvation
Christ’s sacrificial death, in which he bore the punishment due to sinners, is the only and all sufficient basis of God’s provision of salvation for all people of every culture and age. All people receive salvation and acceptance from God through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ by grace and apart from works and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. And that salvation begins with Human’s spiritual birth and affects them in every aspect of their personal and social life.
The Church
We believe that the universal Church consists of one body whose head is Christ is composed of all the believers in Christ who have been born by the work of the Holy Spirit and form the community of God’s people called by God to worship, fellowship, teach and proclaim the gospel, celebrate baptism and the Lord’s supper, witness and serve in the society with compassion and justice.
